After your purchase we offer you the optional weekly content subscription at €12.90 per week: new content published in your app. It starts only if you want it and renews every 7 days until you cancel. The programme stays yours without it too. If you leave without buying, we may offer you the same programme for €4.90, one-time. You only pay for what you accept. Prices in euros, VAT included where applicable.

How much does it cost and how am I billed?

You pay €9.90 once and get immediate access to the full programme. After your purchase we may offer you the optional weekly content subscription at €12.90 per week (new content published in your app): it starts only if you accept it and renews every 7 days until you cancel. What will I see on my bank statement?

Charges appear as BNTS1. Billing is handled by 63.584.987 ELVIS CARLOS BENITES ROSA (BNTS Lab) through Stripe. If you see a charge you don’t recognise, email support@bntslab.online from the address you used at checkout: we reply quickly and can refund you directly, which is faster than a dispute with your bank.

How do I cancel?

Use the cancellation page or simply email us from the address you used at checkout. No forms, no phone calls: we confirm within 1 business day. No further charges: new videos keep coming until the end of the period already paid, and the programme and the videos already published stay in your app.

How do I access my material?

Right after payment, the confirmation page shows a button to enter your members’ area, and you also receive an email with the same link. From there you open the PDFs in your browser or save them on your phone or computer, and watch the video lessons.

I didn’t receive my access. What do I do?

First check your spam and promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, write to support@bntslab.online from the email you used at checkout and we’ll send your access right away, at no cost.

Where can I find the ingredients?

They are common ingredients you can find in any supermarket: no special supplements needed. The guides explain what to buy and how to prepare each recipe. We don’t sell supplements or any other products to take.

Can I follow the programme while taking medication?

Always ask your doctor before combining a wellness programme with prescription medication, especially for blood pressure, heart or diabetes. The programme is for information and education only and does not replace medical advice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every payment has a 60-day money-back guarantee: just send an email, no explanation needed. We refund the full amount to the same payment method. Details in our Refund policy (in German).
